My review of her memoir will be up tomorrow. However, I’ve been raving about Chanel Bonfire on Twitter for a week now, so it should come as no surprise that I was fascinated by Lawless’s memoir about a childhood spent with a narcissistic, neglectful, and abusive mother. Her writing is on par with two of my favorite authors: David Sedaris and Augusten Burroughs. I highly recommend this book. It will definitely go in the permanent collection section of my library!
